Job summary

Air Products is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Turnarounds and brownfield projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance, inspection, repair, and modification activities across BHIG assets, with strong emphasis on safety, budget, and schedule adherence. You will lead cross-functional teams and leverage ERP tools to deliver safe, on-time project execution.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technical background in chemical, mechanical, or electrical fields.
• 8–12 years in industrial gases, oil & gas, or petrochemical environments preferred.
• ERP/SAP project development and implementation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, planning and execution of TARs and projects across multiple sites (SATORP, SASREF, JIGH).
• Assist in maintaining budgets and schedules using Primavera P3, P6, or MS Project.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Inspection and Contractors.
• Develop work scopes, job plans, and execution strategies for turnaround activities.
• Identify critical path activities and optimize execution sequences.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EH&S, and regulatory requirements.
