## Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform all tasks related to the servicing and recertification of Rig Floor Equipment. Tasks include disassembly, re-assembly, and testing. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by the Workshop Supervisor to ensure effective and efficient department operation. Comply with all ARM Company and HSE policies and procedures.
Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities:
- Refurbishment of various drilling equipment in the workshop.
- Handling of equipment & components (offloading/loading/lifting) as per HSE standards.
- Follow OEM procedures, specifications & drawings for repair activities.
- Work within the QMS.
- Perform troubleshooting of equipment.
- Perform pre-dismantling inspection of equipment.
- Perform disassembly of drilling equipment as per ARM procedures.
- Prepare components for blast cleaning & detailed inspection.
- Perform inspections including measurements of critical components as per ARM procedures.
- Prepare inspection reports and submit to QC for review.
- Prepare Bill of Materials required for re-assembly after detailed inspection and submit to workshop lead for review.
- Create daily work reports.
- Receive, verify, and segregate components for re-assembly.
- Inspect repaired/machined components prior to assembly and report any non-conformance observed.
- Prepare and re-assemble the equipment as per OEM specifications and procedures.
- Ensure all products are assembled using the correct components as per the Bill of Material.
- Perform FAT & troubleshoot equipment.
- Work with operations to identify product improvements.
- Perform & assist RCA-related tasks.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all ARM Company and HSE procedures and policies.
Education/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Experience Required:
5 Years’ experience in overhaul of Rig Floor Equipment.
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Knowledge of workshop activities such as fitting works, tooling, reading mechanical assembly drawings, schematic diagrams, etc.
- Basic computer skills & Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in using pneumatic and mechanical hand tools.
