  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards during equipment handling.
  • Create daily work reports and prepare inspection reports.

## Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform all tasks related to the servicing and recertification of Rig Floor Equipment. Tasks include disassembly, re-assembly, and testing. Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by the Workshop Supervisor to ensure effective and efficient department operation. Comply with all ARM Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities:

  • Refurbishment of various drilling equipment in the workshop.
  • Handling of equipment & components (offloading/loading/lifting) as per HSE standards.
  • Follow OEM procedures, specifications & drawings for repair activities.
  • Work within the QMS.
  • Perform troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Perform pre-dismantling inspection of equipment.
  • Perform disassembly of drilling equipment as per ARM procedures.
  • Prepare components for blast cleaning & detailed inspection.
  • Perform inspections including measurements of critical components as per ARM procedures.
  • Prepare inspection reports and submit to QC for review.
  • Prepare Bill of Materials required for re-assembly after detailed inspection and submit to workshop lead for review.
  • Create daily work reports.
  • Receive, verify, and segregate components for re-assembly.
  • Inspect repaired/machined components prior to assembly and report any non-conformance observed.
  • Prepare and re-assemble the equipment as per OEM specifications and procedures.
  • Ensure all products are assembled using the correct components as per the Bill of Material.
  • Perform FAT & troubleshoot equipment.
  • Work with operations to identify product improvements.
  • Perform & assist RCA-related tasks.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all ARM Company and HSE procedures and policies.

Education/Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Experience Required:

5 Years’ experience in overhaul of Rig Floor Equipment.

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Knowledge of workshop activities such as fitting works, tooling, reading mechanical assembly drawings, schematic diagrams, etc.
  • Basic computer skills & Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in using pneumatic and mechanical hand tools.
