Senior Technical recruiters in this role get to:

Understanding the business requirements & liaising with internal stake holders, managing stake holders effectively.

Sourcing the CVs from various portals such as LinkedIn and existing database. Should manage end-to-end recruitment & selection process: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiate salary, issue offer letter, onboard & documentation etc.

Ensure periodic hiring reports and dashboards are managed and published to management.

Ensure timely closures of Requisition raised by business and ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.

Establish and maintain communication with internal customers and / or team members; understand needs, resolve issues and meet expectations.

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Minimum 4-7 years of recruitment experience in the Saudi labor market.
  • Experience with hiring specifically technical roles.
  • Experience with Saudi Arabia labor laws.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very Good working knowledge in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to adjust quickly and smoothly to changing priorities and conditions.
  • Strong analytical skills, be able to interpret data, identify trends and make suggestions for improvements.
  • Proactiveness in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner.
  • Ok to work in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
