About this Role
Reporting to the Head of Global Project Management / Regional Delivery Leader for Middle East and North Africa (MENA), the Senior Technical Project Manager for Saudi Arabia will be responsible for managing a portfolio of programs for key customers in Saudi Arabia, with the responsibility to deliver expected project outcomes and exceed customer expectations.
Overall Responsibilities
- Establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at key customers based in Saudi Arabia, with the role being based in Riyadh.
- Manage programs, governance, and reporting across the portfolio of projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Manage customer stakeholders through operational communications, scope management, engagement governance, and handling escalations.
- Coordinate and collaborate across multiple Mobileum Business Units and functions: Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Managed Services, and Support.
- Oversee Project Managers assigned to manage and deliver individual projects.
Operational Responsibilities
- Provide overall project leadership and direct project teams to deliver high-quality products within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Work closely with the Technical Delivery Manager and teams for project execution activities.
- Manage technical issue escalations with Delivery, Engineering, Support, and Managed Services teams.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate or address them, including conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation plans.
Educational Qualification
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering is essential.
- An MBA is preferred.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia is ideal.
Key Responsibilities
This Technical Project Manager (TPM) will work closely with project teams and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery. The TPM is responsible for leadership, financial management, quality, and timely delivery of projects.

- Experience with change management, release management, configuration management, systems integration, SDLC methodologies, QA/testing, requirements gathering, and systems analysis and design.
- Knowledge of Mobile Network Technology, Roaming, and Network Analytics: GSM, CAMEL, SMPP, Diameter, 4G, 5G protocols.
- Experience with BareMetal, virtual, and containerized deployments.
Good-to-have skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
