About the Role:
This is a senior-level opportunity designed for a seasoned Talent Acquisition expert who brings both strategic oversight and hands-on experience in recruiting for industrial and manufacturing sectors. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end hiring processes, optimizing recruitment systems, and driving decisions through advanced data analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and continuously improve full-cycle recruitment processes with a focus on operational, technical, and engineering roles in manufacturing environments
- Design and manage advanced recruitment dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and related analytics tools
- Develop and maintain recruiting workflows and documentation on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms
- Lead the implementation and optimization of ATS systems, ensuring seamless candidate and recruiter experience
- Provide strategic insights through talent analytics to guide workforce planning and executive hiring decisions
- Collaborate with department heads, plant managers, and senior stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business needs
- Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in industrial manufacturing, engineering, or heavy industries
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, power query, dashboards) for recruitment data analytics
- Proven experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools for document control and recruitment process management
- Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job platforms tailored to industrial talent markets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale recruitment campaigns for skilled trades, plant operations, EHSS, maintenance, and engineering roles
- Demonstrated success in a high-volume, fast-paced industrial hiring environment
- In-depth understanding of workforce planning and labor market trends in manufacturing or production sectors
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies specific to blue-collar and technical talent
