Position Overview:

The Senior Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in analyzing complex business processes, designing robust system architectures, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of enterprise application.

Responsibilities:

• Run and maintain ERP systems for all RSGT business units.
• Manage financial consolidation and reconciliation systems.
• Collaborate with international teams for seamless integration.
• Travel to different locations as per business needs, to ensure smooth operations and to manage relationships with local and international teams and stakeholders.
• Lead optimization projects to enhance system efficiency.
• Coordinate between users in various locations and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze and evaluate business procedures and data processing needs.
• Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade software interfaces.
• Prepare flow charts and diagrams outlining system capabilities.
• Recommend hardware and software development and usage.
• Develop and implement long-term strategies that align with the organization's goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and connectivity issues.
• Write and maintain system documentation.
• Conduct technical research on system upgrades.
• Document system problems and resolutions.
• Provide timely support to business applications.
