Job Summary:

Overall Supervision of Electrical Section. Responsible for Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Electrical Components.

Responsibilities:

1. To execute periodically inspection of MV motors, switch gears and VFD. Plan daily, monthly and annual maintenance activities.
2. Preventive and corrective maintenance planned and implementations,
3. To keep KWh in acceptable range.
4. Analyze problems and recommendation of solutions to maximize availability of Electrical machinery and equipment.
5. Condition Monitoring of All critical equipment to increase life of equipment & reduce break down.
6. Generates overall preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance programs for all plant Electrical equipment and their related auxiliaries, spare parts availability through Oracle system.
7. Executes the maintenance program within specified budget and timelines.
8. Preparation of management reports.
9. Strong knowledge in Modification and up gradation of Electrical equipment.
10. Technically review of upcoming projects and quotations
11. Strong in Troubleshooting & maintenance of LV and MV switchgear.
12. understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.
