Qiddiya Investment Company is a pioneering force in real estate development, dedicated to creating a multifaceted entertainment, sports, and cultural hub in Saudi Arabia. As we progress with our ambitious projects, we are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition (COR906) to join our team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving recruitment efforts to attract outstanding talent who will contribute to the overall success of Qiddiya. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic recruitment solutions and enhance our organizational capabilities within the entertainment and real estate development sectors.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract high-quality candidates
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  4. Coordinate the interview process and ensure timely communication with candidates, providing them with an excellent recruitment experience
  5. Manage candidate relationships and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities
  6. Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted applicants
  7. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility in the job market
  8. Assist in analyzing recruitment metrics and identifying areas for process improvement
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  10. Provide support and mentorship to junior team members as needed
Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in real estate or construction industries
  3. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate management
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  5. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and effective sourcing techniques
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  7. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  8. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
  9. Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and drive improvements
  10. Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor junior colleagues
