Job description

RedBox Technologies, a dynamic logistics company at the forefront of innovation in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our team. As we continue to lead the industry with our smart locker solutions, we recognize the importance of a strong online presence and engaging content to connect with our audience and promote our brand.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, managing our social media channels, and creating compelling content that aligns with our brand voice. You will engage with our online community, analyze performance metrics, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitter (X)
  • Monitor and engage with audience interactions, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, generating reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to inform content strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create multimedia content (images, videos, graphics) that enhances brand messaging
  • Conduct competitor analysis and keep an eye on industry developments to maintain a competitive edge
  • Organize and participate in promotional events and campaigns via social media channels to boost engagement and brand awareness
  • This role will also contribute to performance marketing content, BTL messaging, and support influencer collaborations (directly or via agencies)
  • Own and manage all RedBox social media channels
  • Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with brand objectives
  • Create or oversee engaging, on-brand content (visual + written) for all platforms
  • Monitor and optimize engagement rates, follower growth, and shareability
  • Collaborate with internal teams on key campaigns and launches
  • Write or edit marketing content for:
    • Performance ads (Google, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.)
    • BTL campaign messaging (e.g., brochures, flyers, in-store assets)
  • Track social trends and apply relevant ones to RedBox content
  • Analyze platform performance, produce regular reports, and offer recommendations
  • Coordinate with influencers (directly or via agency) for brand collaborations

Requirements

  • Saudi national (mandatory)
  • 2-5 years of experience in social media management or content marketing
  • Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences, especially on TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter/X
  • Experience working with or managing influencer campaigns
  • Strong Arabic and English writing/editing skills
  • Proficiency in creating basic visual content (or briefing designers/creators effectively)
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, or Google Ads is a plus
  • Excellent time management, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices for audience engagement
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with an ability to produce engaging content
  • Experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving engagement and achieving business objectives
