We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Specialist - Onboarding to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and fostering a positive experience from day one.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, training materials, and resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for new employees.
  • Conduct welcome meetings and provide new hires with an overview of company policies, benefits, and culture.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs and materials that enhance the new hire experience.
  • Monitor the onboarding process and solicit feedback to continuously improve the experience for new employees.
  • Assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of onboarding programs and promote best practices.
  • Provide support to hiring managers in integrating new employees into their teams.
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires to address any questions or concerns during the onboarding process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legal requirements during the onboarding process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in onboarding or HR coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with new hires and management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
