Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist - Onboarding. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience as they integrate into our dynamic organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage an effective onboarding program that equips new hires with the knowledge, resources, and tools needed for success
- Create orientation materials, training sessions, and onboarding schedules for new employees
- Facilitate orientation sessions, ensuring all necessary administrative processes are completed
- Collaborate with HR, department leaders, and various stakeholders to tailor the onboarding experience to meet specific departmental needs
- Gather feedback from new employees and continuously assess and improve onboarding programs based on their experiences
- Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process, addressing questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding processes, progress, and program effectiveness
- Support ongoing training and development initiatives as needed
- Contribute to the creation of a positive organizational culture by engaging new hires in the company's values and mission
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in onboarding, human resources, or training roles
- Strong understanding of onboarding best practices and employee engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with new hires and team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to providing excellent service
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in designing training programs and onboarding materials is a plus
