Role Summary:
In-depth knowledge of the development and integration of all scopes related to experiential digital media content.
Depth of Experience in Specific Area:
Experience required in producing media content specific to theme parks and LBE projects.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates positive workplace behaviors, in line with the Values, at all times.
- Presents regular media development progress reports to the Project Executive and keeps informed of ongoing activities, developments, and issues.
- Manages key processes related to tendering and contract management by working with internal teams to develop necessary documentation and scope inputs.
- Collaborates with internal departments and external partners to manage interfaces and achieve project goals within the program timeline.
- Oversees media development from concept to site integration, ensuring conformity to project objectives and Ways of Working (WOW).
- Works closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and create innovative media solutions that meet standards.
- Manages the media review, approval, and sign-off process with stakeholders such as IP, Park Operations, LDC, Creative, and Creative Guardianship consultants.
- Coordinates critical mock-ups and workshops with external consultants and contractors to address potential show integration and media development issues.
- Assesses media consultant submissions for quality and technical compliance with processes and procedures.
- Facilitates the distribution of media and show information to relevant stakeholders and consultants.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure effective on-site media integration, maintaining compliance with project objectives.
- Supports other districts with media development requests as needed.
- Prepares and participates in media presentations for internal senior management as required.
