Accountabilities :
- Support the implementation of the business continuity strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Maintain and update business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management plans.
- Ensure compliance with BCM standards and policies (e.g., ISO 22301).
- Conduct and support business impact analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments.
- Assist in the development and deployment of BCM methodologies, tools, and metrics (e.g., KRIs, KPIs).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, Cybersecurity, InfoSec, SBUs) to ensure integrated planning.
- Facilitate training, awareness sessions, and simulation exercises to enhance preparedness.
- Monitor and report on the BCM readiness and compliance across business units.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management and audit purposes.
- Support crisis response and recovery efforts during actual incidents.
Education Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Information Technology, Risk, Operations Management; and Advanced English language proficiency is required.
Experience Requirements :
- Minimum of five years work experience with at least three of which in a relevant function and two years in supervisory roles.
