If you are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and in early to mid-career stage in SAP ARIBA module, come join our dynamic team as SAP ARIBA Lead Technical Product Owner.
In this role, you are expected to:
- Lead role in the multi-phase implementation of SAP Ariba.
- Establish a strong partnership and have a hands-on approach to manage data, business processes, and solution designing.
- Manage the project by partnering with implementation consulting and support Ceer Supply Chain & Procurement business Community.
- Lead role and accountability for the Procurement functionality in the multi-phase implementation of the ERP system.
- Lead the business analysis process, identify scope gaps, and provide solutions, working in partnership with the system integrator and Ceer Supply Chain Community.
- Optimize SCM Business Processes with customization free journey (Fit to standard approach) and help with the adoption of Best Business Practices.
- For exceptions, where customization is needed, follow the Ceer IT enforced guidelines and prepare paperwork for multi-level IT leadership approvals.
- SAP Ariba and S4 Hana implementation activities (Requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration & customization, cutover, Go live, etc.).
- Should be good at SAP Procurement landscape SME Skills (SAP Ariba strategic sourcing, Ariba Commerce Automation, Product Sourcing, Ariba Supply chain collaboration, Supplier Risk and SAP S4 HANA MM).
- 5-6 years of Hands-on experience on the above-mentioned modules.
- Must be good with SAP Ariba and S4 HANA day-to-day implementation and support activities.
- Defect analysis and issue resolution of support incidents.
- Work independently and lead business stakeholders from a solutioning point of perspective.
- Work with cross functional teams to handle integration related topics between SAP, Ariba and other manufacturing systems.
- Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends, Logical thinking, and problem-solving skills along with ability to collaborate.
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solution and strong customer-facing skills.
- Ensure that the business requirements are converted into functional specifications after ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure correct integration between Ariba and other ERP modules like FICO, MM, PP/DS and PM.
- Ensure the correct level of training of the customers to ensure ERP system adoption.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies
Education:
• Bachelor of Science, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance & Accounting, Commerce, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Related discipline.
• Certifications from American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) in Supply Chain.
• A master's degree is preferred but equal experience would also be considered.
Skills & Competencies:
• Extensive knowledge in SAP Ariba and related Integrations with MM and Other modules.
• Able to manage the technical and functional requirements and interact effectively with 2nd level BPOs.
• Strong knowledge in business processes and practices.
• Strive to deliver with WOW factor and high quality to ensure excellent user experience.
• Team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Good Command and Communication Skills in English language.

Minimum Experience:
• 5 - 7 years of hands-on SAP MM, SD, Ariba, and SCM experience.
• SAP Certifications or equivalent experience.
• Certifications from American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) in Supply Chain.
• One SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• Experience working with onshore and offshore project teams.
