Responsibilities:

• Understanding business requirements and liaising effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Sourcing CVs from various portals such as LinkedIn and our existing database.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, issuing offer letters, onboarding, and documentation.
• Ensuring periodic hiring reports and dashboards are managed and published to management.
• Ensuring timely closure of requisitions raised by the business and smooth onboarding of candidates.
• Establishing and maintaining communication with internal customers and team members; understanding needs, resolving issues, and meeting expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fluent English speaker.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the Saudi labor market.
• Experience with Saudi Arabia labor laws.
• Attentive to details.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
• Proactive in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; a team player.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly, constructively, and professionally.
• Willing to work in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
