About the Role:

As a Senior Solution Architect Manager, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing the data architecture, which includes data sources, data movement, transformations, and storage. You will ensure that all data within the organization is easily accessible, viable, and properly protected.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance data solutions that integrate technical functionality, including Big Data, Relational, No-SQL, and OLAP.
• Provide technical thought leadership on High-Level Architecture and Design, data modeling, and Big Data strategy.
• Ensure the data architecture is scalable to handle increasing demands.
• Lead the architecture, design, and development of our business intelligence platform.
• Collaborate with the Application Development team to analyze, identify, and design processes for data sourcing.
• Identify areas for improvement in current systems and define technical principles, vision, and standards for the data warehouse.
• Document and articulate the relationship between business goals and IT solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical staff.

Qualifications, Skills & Aptitudes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital services or a related field, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital strategies.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the latest digital trends and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting digital performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Data Management and Data Governance Tools.
• Proficiency in English language is Essential.
