As the Senior Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive business goals. You will have to be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of social media trends and platforms.

In this role, you will:
  1. Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's marketing and business goals;
  2. Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including X, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others;
  3. Community Management: Monitor and engage with our social media community. Manage responses, comments, and messages promptly and professionally;
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement;
  5. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our social media presence;
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective execution;
  7. Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's in Marketing or Business Administration.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media management with a proven track record.
  3. Good knowledge of the property market;
  4. Depth knowledge of social media;
  5. Depth knowledge of Media Production and creative process;
  6. Proficiency in video editing software and photo editing tools.
  7. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices;
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English;
  9. Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools;
  10. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content;
  11. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
  12. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  13. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  14. Ability to analyze campaign reports to identify required optimizations;
  15. Professional attitude;
  16. Excellent people management skills.
