We are partnering with a global engineering, manufacturing, and construction firm delivering large-scale EPC energy infrastructure across Saudi Arabia. They are seeking a Lead Site Manager to take charge of the full turnkey delivery of high-voltage substation projects (132kV to 400kV), from civil works through to final commissioning.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with proven experience managing HV substation construction, HV equipment installation, and multi-disciplinary site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site establishment, logistics planning, and sequencing of works across multiple contractors and disciplines.
  • Coordinate daily site activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality standards, and HSE procedures.
  • Act as the primary liaison with client representatives, managing expectations and resolving technical and logistical issues.
  • Enforce strict HSE compliance, lead risk mitigation measures, and implement the Zero Deviation Plan.
  • Ensure timely and accurate site reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) on progress, materials, performance, and safety.
  • Maintain redline/as-built documentation, installation records, and support project handover and energisation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
  • 10+ years' experience managing EPC HV substation builds from civils to commissioning
  • Strong track record delivering 132kV–400kV GIS/AIS substations and HV equipment installations
  • Excellent planning, leadership, and client coordination skills
  • Committed to high standards of safety, quality, and field execution
  • Willing to travel or relocate across project sites in Saudi Arabia
  • KSA nationals are strongly encouraged to apply
