• Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and necessary repairs.
• Create and manage service orders and ensure timely communication with the workshop team.
• Explain service details, costs, and procedures clearly to customers.
• Monitor the progress of work and keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the service center based on customer feedback.
• Train and mentor junior service advisors as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control guidelines set by the dealership or brand.
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service centers.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and technical service processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
