Qualifications

Job description

Greet customers and assess their service needs accurately and professionally.

1. Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and necessary repairs.
2. Create and manage service orders and ensure timely communication with the workshop team.
3. Explain service details, costs, and procedures clearly to customers.
4. Monitor the progress of work and keep customers informed throughout the service process.
5. Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
6. Support continuous improvement efforts within the service center based on customer feedback.
7. Train and mentor junior service advisors as needed.
8. Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control guidelines set by the dealership or brand.

Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service centers.
3. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and technical service processes.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
