Qualifications

  • Managing the HCIS approval process cycle for Security Systems.

Job description

Senior Security System Engineer / Telecommunication Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Security System Engineer / Telecommunication Engineer based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within the Core Engineering Team or the PMT project team environment. The engineer may oversee instrument personnel, managing their activities and delegation.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
  • Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience, including at least six (6) years in Instrumentation & Control Engineering for major Oil and Gas / Petrochemical projects, with DCS experience required.
  • Preferably has PMC experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards and procedures is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Experience in both Instrumentation & Telecommunication.
  • Offshore experience is required.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Implementing Industrial Security Systems as per HCIS Directives / Saudi Aramco Standards.
  • Managing the HCIS approval process cycle for Security Systems.
  • Conducting Security System Coverage Studies.
  • Handling Video Surveillance, Video Analytics, Video Management, Facial Recognition, and ID / Access Control systems.
  • Managing Marine Radars / LRDAS, MIDS, and FOIPS.
  • Overseeing Barriers & Turnstiles Control, X-ray, UVIS, EDS Systems.
  • Maintaining Security Networks and Security Systems Servers.
  • Interfacing with other Communication and Safety Systems.
  • Managing FOC’s, Switches, and Ethernet Devices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
