As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance within your designated territory. Reporting to the Sales Territory Manager, you will manage key client relationships, identify business opportunities, and lead efforts to achieve revenue targets while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and support the company's growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Present and promote the company's services to potential clients, showcasing its unique value propositions.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals while ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members to drive team performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or service-oriented industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-value accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex sales processes.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi market; familiarity with the laundry or service industry is an advantage.
