Senior Technical Sales Engineer – Industrial Solutions (Fire, Fabrication & Energy Divisions)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, multi-discipline Senior Technical Sales Engineer to lead business development, client engagement, and technical-commercial sales activities across our Fire & HVAC, Fabrication, and Energy Divisions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background, proven sales track record, and deep understanding of industrial clients such as Aramco, SABIC, SEC, SWCC, Royal Commission, MODON, and EPC contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across Fire Protection, Fabrication, and Power Equipment/Systems.
- Lead pre-sales activities, including RFQs, technical proposals, bid preparation, compliance sheets, and project estimation.
- Build and manage key client relationships, negotiating contracts with EPCs, government entities, and industrial clients.
- Drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, closure, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (engineering, design, project management, and service) to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain an updated sales forecast, pipeline management, CRM reporting, and performance metrics.
- Conduct technical presentations, client demos, and training on systems and solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and major KSA industrial standards and requirements.
Products & Systems Portfolio:
- Fire Suppression Systems (FM200, NOVEC, Foam, NFPA Compliance)
- Fire Alarm & Detection (FA, FD, BMS Integration)
- HVAC Solutions (AHUs, Ducting, Ventilation Systems, Chillers, HDPE Piping)
- Structural Fabrication (Steel Tanks, Skids, Spools, Pressure Vessels, Piping Packages)
- Electrical Panels, Cables, Busbars, UPS, Battery Chargers, Frequency Converters
- Renewable Energy Systems (Solar, Off-grid, Reserve Power Solutions)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
- Minimum 5-10 years of technical sales or business development experience in KSA industrial sectors.
- Prior experience working with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, SWCC, EPC contractors, or related clients.
- Strong technical knowledge across multiple product domains (Fire Protection, Fabrication, Power & Electrical Systems).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems, ERP platforms, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
- Valid Saudi Driving License & transferable Iqama (preferred for non-Saudis).
- Arabic & English proficiency.
Preferred Certifications (Highly Advantageous):
- NFPA Certification (Fire Systems)
- PMP or Project Management Certification
- ISO Lead Auditor (9001 / 45001)
- Saudi Council of Engineers Membership
- SAP/CRM/ERP experience
