Areas of Responsibilities and Accountabilities:- Market Focus: Work exclusively on the Cityscape international market
- Exhibitions Experience: Manage exhibitions, engage with high-value clients, develop and submit proposals to attract new assets
- Stakeholder Management: Manage senior stakeholders and navigate challenging client relationships effectively
- Individual Contributor Role: Drive sales independently
- Client Management: Manage key clients and actively pursue new accounts, targeting major market players
- Sales Experience: Demonstrate experience in selling to the European market
Measures of Success:- Personal revenue targets
- Conference portfolio revenue targets
- New business revenue against targets/KPIs
- Number of new logos and subsidiaries of existing logos
- Forecasting accuracy
- Ability to follow processes (Salesforce, Forecasting, internal operations)
- Pipeline conversion rate
- Achieve revenue and profit targets monthly, quarterly, yearly
- Develop and implement a Sales Excellence plan
- Collaborate with the team to deliver solutions and share best practices
- Achieve objectives in new business/customer development
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record (8-10 years) in the exhibitions industry, managing high-value clients
- Success in developing and presenting proposals to potential clients
- Experience in bringing new assets and innovations to exhibition projects
- Strong background in managing senior stakeholders and challenging client relationships
- Experience selling to the European market
