Job Description

Areas of Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


  1. Market Focus: Work exclusively on the Cityscape international market.
  2. Exhibitions Experience: Manage exhibitions and engage with high-value clients; develop and submit proposals to attract new assets.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Manage senior stakeholders and navigate challenging client relationships effectively.
  4. Individual Contributor Role: Act as an individual contributor, responsible for driving sales independently.
  5. Client Management: Manage key clients while actively pursuing new accounts, targeting major players in the market to bring them onboard.
  6. Sales Experience: Demonstrate experience in selling to the European market.

Measures of Success:


  1. Personal revenue targets
  2. Conference portfolio revenue targets
  3. New business revenue against target/KPIs
  4. Number of net, new logos and new subsidiaries of existing logos
  5. Forecasting accuracy
  6. Ability to follow process – Salesforce / Forecasting / internal operations
  7. Pipeline conversion rate
  8. Achieve total revenue and profit targets monthly, quarterly and annually in line with New business Sales Strategy
  9. Work with the Tahaluf team to deliver solutions and share best practices
  10. New business/Customer development plan objectives v. achievements

Qualifications


Experience & Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Proven track record (8-10 years) in the exhibitions industry, specifically managing high-value clients
  3. Demonstrated success in developing and presenting compelling proposals to potential clients
  4. Experience in bringing new assets and innovations to exhibition projects
  5. Strong background in managing senior stakeholders and navigating challenging client relationships
  6. Experience selling to the European market

  2. 60 days accommodation or a suitable serviced apartment from your arrival date, or a one-off payment of SAR 5,000
  3. Up to SAR 2,500 reimbursement of shipping goods/excess baggage costs
  4. Paid flight home for individual and end-of-service gratuity payment when leaving the company (if applicable)
