Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential and drive results
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Saudi Arabian market
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Ensure compliance with local business practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Contribute to the development of innovative sales approaches and best practices
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a senior sales role, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous
- In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian business culture and market dynamics
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Passionate about sales with a customer-focused approach
