SENIOR SALES MANAGER

Senior Sales Manager with oil and gas background required for established global joint venture to provide leadership and direction to the sales and commercial organization within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the appropriate business plans. Also, accountable for delivering sales goals including pricing and volume targets for the MENA and accounts under responsibility:

Key responsibilities included (but aren’t limited to):

  • Knowledge of RTP (Reinforced Thermal Plastic) would be a significant advantage.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
  • Creates and executes MENA account plans based on the business and customer growth opportunities.
  • Develops sales plans for oil & gas clients; NOC’s & IOC’s within MENA.
  • Develops sales plans for beyond oil & gas clients.
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.).
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Required qualifications include (but aren't limited to):

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 15+ years’ experience in related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or another relevant role.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients.
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to implement CRM processes for MENA customers.
