Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

As a Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for:


  • Formulating and executing proposal strategy and sales agreements. Formulates deal structure, pricing, proposal development.
  • Assisting in customer negotiations. Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth.
  • Utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process. This is a hybrid role only to be used when both sales origination and commercial proposal activities are ongoing duties of roughly equal importance. If not, use another distinct area of work.
  • Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
  • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
  • Handling important clients for a product line.
  • Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
  • Handling country or Large Territory


To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or chemical engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • Have Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales or technical position mainly in rotating equipment related to Oil and gas or power generation applications.
