The Role:

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive with a deep understanding of the telematics, GPS tracking, and fleet management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of our advanced IVMS and IoT safety solutions to B2B clients across Saudi Arabia. You will leverage your industry expertise to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and grow market share within the KSA.
  • Proactively identify and qualify new leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their operational and safety challenges.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value of our AI-powered and fleet management technology.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to achieve sales quotas.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitor solutions to effectively position our products.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, specifically intelematics, GPS tracking, IVMS, or fleet management solutions.
  • A verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge of the fleet management and industrial safety market in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to clearly explain complex technological solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a strategic and consultative sales approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling Fleet Management, GPS and Telematics related products and solutions.
  • Fluency in English.
