About the Role

Are you skilled at building strategic partnerships and supporting sales growth through focused execution?

In this role, you’ll help manage key relationships with government, corporate, and trade partners, driving value through joint sales and marketing initiatives and improving distribution efficiency.

You’ll support the execution of sales strategies, engage accounts through various channels, and analyse sales data to identify revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities include preparing account development plans, coordinating sales and marketing activities, managing budgets, and supporting advanced selling techniques.

You’ll also provide market insights, represent the organisation at trade events, and contribute to ongoing performance improvements.

Additionally, you’ll support NDC training initiatives and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

About You

You’ll bring at least five years’ experience in sales and marketing, including a minimum of three years based in Riyadh. A solid understanding of airline business processes and modern distribution technology is essential, with exposure to modern retailing considered a plus.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Economics, Communication or a related field is required.

You’ll be entrepreneurial, adaptable, and culturally aware, with a talent for building lasting relationships across stakeholders. Working across government bodies to key industry partners.
