Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will focus on presenting, communicating, and ultimately selling INITIAL's FM Services to all potential customers. The objective is to systematically reach customers, generate leads, and quote service solutions across various verticals. The job involves fieldwork, calling on 10 new customers per day, generating a minimum of 2 sales leads, closing deals, and reporting the status on CRM.

Requirements
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets.
  • Execute sales functions following a clear daily process.
  • Cover market area and reach customers within the assigned domain.
  • Report calls, competitive activities, and issue proposals on time.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain documentation, including invoicing and contractual execution.
  • Cross-sell all services into various verticals, emphasizing specialization.
  • Promote services including TFM, SS, Cleaning, Pest Control, Landscaping, and Security.
  • Communicate scope of work from quotations and tenders both verbally and in writing.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and KPIs with client contracts.
  • Attend bid/tender meetings and support site inspections.
  • Develop quotation content for technical tenders for facilities management services.
  • Report all quotations into the CRM system.
