Job description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive.


Job Summary:


The Sales Representative will focus on presenting, communicating, and ultimately selling INITIAL’s FM Services to potential customers. The goal is to systematically reach customers, generate leads, and quote service solutions across various verticals. The role involves fieldwork, calling on 10 new customers daily, generating at least 2 sales leads, closing deals, and reporting the status in CRM.


Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales targets.
  2. Execute sales functions following a clear daily process.
  3. Ensure market coverage and customer reach within assigned areas and domains.
  4. Report calls, competitive activities, and submit proposals timely.
  5. Guarantee customer satisfaction.
  6. Maintain documentation, including invoicing and contract execution.
  7. Cross-sell all services into various verticals, emphasizing specialization.
  8. Promote services such as TFM, SS, Cleaning, Pest Control, Landscaping, and Security.
  9. Communicate scope of work from quotations and tenders verbally and in writing.
  10. Negotiate favorable terms and KPIs with client contracts.
  11. Attend bid/tender kick-off meetings and support site inspections.
  12. Develop quotation content for technical tenders for facilities management services.
  13. Report all quotations in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  1. Proven sales achievement record.
  2. 5-7 years of experience in Facilities Management or related fields such as landscape, cleaning, pest control, or manpower supply.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong negotiation skills.
  5. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  6. Skills in Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing, Territory Management, and Prospecting.
