Senior Sales Engineer (only HVAC Experience) - AMC / Retrofit | UAE

SKM Air Conditioning LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This role is focused on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), coil replacements, repairs, and retrofit/replacement jobs.

If you’re commercially savvy, technically sound, and have a strong track record in HVAC solution selling, we’d like to connect with you.

Experience Required: Relevant HVAC or industrial sales experience (preferably in service/retrofit segment)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution & Business Development

  • Drive new AMC contracts, coil replacement, retrofit, and repair sales
  • Improve customer penetration and expand market share
  • Execute sales plans aligned with company strategies
  • Lead techno-commercial discussions with clients

Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery
  • Follow up on collections and coordinate on bank guarantee expiries
  • Liaise with the finance team and attend AR meetings
  • Track sales KPIs and forecast monthly and quarterly revenue
  • Generate timely and structured sales reports

Market & Customer Insights

  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Gather customer feedback to improve offerings
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Support in preparing promotional content and proposals
