About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will help expand Ejar's market presence within a specific geographical area. You will focus on building relationships with clients, promoting Ejar’s products, and working to achieve sales targets. Your understanding of customer needs and the market will assist in securing profitable deals and contributing to EJAR's continued success in the heavy machinery sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connecting with potential customers within the assigned area to generate sales.
  • Developing and maintaining a good understanding of key customer list and provide sales forecasts.
  • Achieving target sales volume and turnover within established trading guidelines.
  • Ensuring cost-effective sales coverage of their designated territory.
  • Preparing and delivering quotation/tender presentations.
  • Conducting professional client presentations explaining the price-value benefits of EJAR's rental offerings.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts for their territory in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining CRM reporting, including updates on opportunities, rentals, used equipment, and projects.

Qualifications, Skills & Aptitudes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably within the heavy machinery industry.
  • Good understanding of customer needs, projects, and competitor analysis (strengths and weaknesses).
  • Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Solid understanding of the product, including the technical features and operation of the equipment, with the ability to explain this clearly to clients.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
  • Good persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
