Senior Sales Engagement Manager - Energy, Oil and Gas Domain - Saudi Arabia Engagement Manager

Role – Senior Engagement Manager
Technology – Sales and Client Relationship Management (Farming) / Energy, Oil and Gas Domain
Location – Saudi Arabia
Compensation – Competitive (including bonus)

What will you do?

  • Contribute to different phases of the Sales lifecycle, focusing on Client Relationship Management and business development (Farming) within the Energy domain.
  • Manage relationships with key client personnel and CXOs, understanding the organizational culture.
  • Present concepts, influence clients to award business based on capability and track record.
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to define strategies for favorable outcomes.
  • Review sales plans, pursuit plans, and business pipelines with leadership to ensure targets are met.
  • Possess expert knowledge of MSA / Contract processes & standards, understanding their nuances and interdependencies.
  • Conduct client presentations, workshops, and lead negotiations on pricing and MSAs.
  • Assist in building alliances with relevant vendors.
  • Maintain hygiene in account operations.
  • Create proposals aligned with client RFP requirements.
  • Proactively promote Infosys offerings to prospects.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team on staffing and resolve delivery issues to prevent escalations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in farming business solutions and managing clients in the Energy domain.
  • Strong skills in Business Development, Account Management, and relationship building at C / C-1 levels.
  • Understanding of Global Delivery Model and IT services industry.
  • Experience managing large, multi-location consulting teams is desirable.
  • Hands-on with proposal creation and presentations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in diverse IT and business consulting engagements.
