Job Description

We are seeking a bold and transformative Senior Sales Director to lead a team of Key Account Directors across the KSA. This leader will be responsible for driving sustained growth in strategic industries such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Telco, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Defense. The role involves executing strategic initiatives, leading engagements, and orchestrating large, complex multi-million-dollar deals while fostering a high-performance culture.

This is a highly hands-on role requiring courage, leadership, and precision.

What You’ll Do

  1. Build, lead, and inspire a team of Account Directors to consistently exceed targets
  2. Establish and drive the regional sales strategy aligned with industry focus areas
  3. Lead from the front—coaching, enabling, and personally engaging in strategic pursuits
  4. Drive large, complex, multi-stakeholder deal orchestration across industries
  5. Partner with GSIs and alliance partners to expand IFS’s market impact
  6. Build deep, trusted relationships with CxOs across the Gulf region
  7. Create a culture of accountability, excellence, and customer-centricity
  8. Own pipeline generation, forecasting, territory planning, and team performance
  9. Shape and influence internal initiatives to enhance sales processes and capabilities

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Proven success leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in the Middle East (preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in leading enterprise software sales teams with consistent achievement of aggressive growth targets
  • Expertise in strategic industries such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Telco, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Defense
  • History of orchestrating complex, multi-million-dollar wins across strategic accounts
  • Strong relationships with CxO and Board-level executives in the Middle East
  • Experience working with GSIs and alliance partners on complex pursuits
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience under pressure, and the courage to challenge and inspire
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
