ROLE PROFILE

As a Senior Sales Associate in our premium furniture store in Jeddah, you will be a key ambassador of customer excellence and product expertise. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering a world-class shopping experience, understanding customer needs in detail, and guiding them through their home furnishing journey with professionalism and care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding individual customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Support and mentor junior team members, helping them improve their product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Use deep product knowledge to drive sales, upsell, and cross-sell across the furniture range
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high service standards
  • Maintain visual merchandising and stock levels in line with store standards
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with operational standards
  • Stay informed on latest trends in home and furniture to better support customer decisions

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or higher; additional retail or sales training is a plus
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for home styling and customer service
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
