JASARA PMC is searching for a Senior Risk Management Specialist to enhance our risk management team. As part of a dynamic joint venture with Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, this role is crucial in ensuring our infrastructure projects are executed with utmost efficiency and minimal risk. The Senior Risk Management Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional social infrastructure in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and strategies across projects
2. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks and impacts
3. Collaborate with project teams to create and maintain risk registers
4. Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to promote risk awareness
5. Prepare detailed risk reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
6. Monitor and review ongoing risk management processes to ensure compliance
7. Collaborate with external partners to align on risk management practices

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2. At least 7 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on managing risk for large-scale infrastructure projects
3. Proven experience with both qualitative and quantitative risk assessment methodologies
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
7. Certifications in risk management (e.g., PMI-RMP, ISO 31000) are highly desirable
