Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM):
- Support in the implementation of our enterprise risk management framework, working closely with various businesses to identify and mitigate risks.

- Keep our leadership team in the loop with regular updates on risk management initiatives.
2. Operational Risk Management:
- Conduct engaging risk assessments to spot operational vulnerabilities and work collaboratively to devise creative mitigation plans.
- Analyze fascinating risk incidents and operational losses, turning insights into action.
- Ensure we’re always ahead of the curve with regulatory compliance and industry standards.
3. Business Continuity Management (BCM):
- Work towards developing and maintaining robust business continuity plans that keep us resilient.
- Organize fun and interactive business continuity testing and exercises.
- Develop innovative strategies to ensure our critical business functions remain uninterrupted during any disruption.
- Spread the knowledge with exciting training sessions and awareness programs on business continuity.
4. Risk Reporting and Communication:
- Craft compelling risk reports for our executive team and board of directors, making data-driven recommendations.
- Be the voice of risk policies and processes, ensuring everyone understands and engages with our risk management efforts.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Use cutting-edge analytical tools to assess and model risks, transforming data into actionable insights.
- Develop and showcase key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics through creative dashboards and visualizations.
6. Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with vibrant teams across IT, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Operations, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
- Mentor and inspire junior analysts, sharing your knowledge and experience.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that drive our risk management capabilities to new heights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) is a big plus.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in risk management within the financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory landscapes.
- A knack for business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
