JASARA PMC is in search of a dedicated Senior Reporting & Analytics Manager - Reporting to enhance our project management team. In this critical role, you will focus on the reporting aspects of project controls. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all project data is accurately captured and reported, providing key insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Understanding of design engineering and construction phases of projects.
- Knowledge of cost management, schedule management and planning, risk management, and document control projects.
- Presenting data using Power BI, maintaining Power BI and Excel databases, and analyzing data prior to production.
- Monitoring and reporting project details to the SLT project management team, including progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Providing guidance and assistance in resolving complex project control problems.
- Analyzing, evaluating, and forecasting project status against baseline schedules.
- Assessing impacts of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
- Developing and maintaining critical path logic networks and bar charts.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction specialists to achieve project goals.
- Reporting schedule status to management and clients.
- Understanding engineering, procurement, and construction terminology and concepts.
- Customizing project control systems to meet project needs.
- Accumulating historical data for future planning and forecasting.
- Supervising and reviewing lower-level project control staff as needed.
- Performing additional related duties as required.
- Performing project management duties as directed by the PMO lead.
- Reviewing contractor progress reports and conducting detailed submittal reviews.
- Preparing progress reports and dashboards, analyzing mitigations and progress.
- Conducting quality assurance on submittals and validating data.
- Communicating project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
- Leading cross-functional project teams within the PMO.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, tasks, resources, and timelines.
