Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key clients. Understand clients' financial needs and offer suitable banking solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor providing financial insights.
  2. Business Development: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, acquire new high-value clients, and cross-sell products like loans, trade finance, treasury, and investments.
  3. Portfolio & Risk Management: Monitor client portfolios for risks, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and oversee credit processes in coordination with credit teams.
  4. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Relationship Managers/Executives, driving performance through coaching and goal setting.
  5. Collaboration: Work with product, credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless service. Represent the bank at meetings and industry events. Enforce controls and security policies.
