Job Description
The Senior Registrar in Neurology will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering high-quality neurological care. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise, effective communication, and collaborative skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to best practices in neurological health.
Assessment and Diagnosis
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and accurate diagnoses of neurological symptoms and conditions.
- Perform thorough patient history reviews and neurological examinations.
- Utilize diagnostic tools, including imaging and laboratory tests.
- Engage patients in discussions about their symptoms and concerns.
Treatment Planning and Implementation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological symptoms and conditions.

Skills
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
- Residency training in Neurology from an accredited program.
- Board certification in Neurology.
- Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification and registration as Senior Registrar Neurology.
- Proficiency in telehealth technologies and platforms.
- Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with neurological assessment tools.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and telemedicine platforms.
- Strong clinical judgment and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest advancements in neurology, population health management, and value-based care.
- Arabic and English language proficiency.
