Job description

1. Job Summary:

To provide an effective, professional, and comprehensive recruitment services to all HO department and branches in terms, also Maintain the development and procedures of recruitment.

2. Organizational Relationship:

2.1. Reports to: Recruitment Supervisor.

2.2. Responsible for: NA

3. Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Perform recruiting, screening, interviewing and evaluating applicants for a variety of positions.
  2. Perform hiring processes that comply with the SSA policies and procedures.
  3. Initiate the processes of employment requisitions; vacancy announcements, and position advertisements.
  4. Review the employment contracts, job offers and other recruitment related forms before the final signature.
  5. Enrich, maintain and organize employment applications’ databases.
  6. Performs checking applicants’ references and verification of certificates.
  7. Communicate and update department head about the recruitment statues by sending the recruitment statues reports.
  8. Responsible to adopt fair and consistent methods of recruitment and selection in order that the most suitable candidate is selected.
  9. Responsible to be aware of the rules and principles of the Nitaqat and Saudization percentage.
  10. Maintain the approved Manpower lines and is within the allocated budget.
  11. Internal advertising: prepare and arrange vacant positions to be advertised on the SSA mail services
  12. External advertising: recommend placing an advertisement, either locally or internationally
  13. Arrange and conduct telephone and physical interviews.
  14. Ensures that all new hired employees are provided with sufficient guidance, all starter documentations and attend the needed on boarding orientation.
  15. Prepare weekly reports and ensure the hiring updates deliver to all concerned stakeholders
  16. Performs any other related task assigned by superior.

4. Education / Professional Qualification:

4.1. Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other relevance field.

4.2. Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experiencein HR including 2 years in recruitment.

4.3. Certification: Preferable Certified HR professional courses such as pHRi/SHRM/CIPD.
