JASARA PMC is actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our esteemed team, dedicated to delivering outstanding program management solutions across various civil engineering projects. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management and contractual administration of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while adhering to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee quantity surveying activities throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion
  • Perform detailed cost estimation, procurement, and cost control functions
  • Prepare and manage bills of quantities and other pre-contract documentation
  • Conduct site visits to assess work progress and cost implications
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to budgets and schedules
  • Draft and review contracts, manage contractual claims, and resolve disputes effectively
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quantity surveyors, promoting a collaborative team environment


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, ideally within the civil engineering sector
  • Professional membership (e.g., MRICS) is an advantage
