The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic senior quality specialist to join our team. In this role, you will prepare MTP in PIMS based on contractual requirements and input received from PQM.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  1. Maintain and update data in the MTP on regular intervals in PIMS by coordinating with stakeholders.
  2. Prepare inspection notifications based on the MTP and information received from stakeholders and suppliers.
  3. Coordinate inspections with customers and ensure alignment with planned inspections.
  4. Witness FAT at supplier locations or review inspection reports/requirements in line with ITP as needed.
  5. Ensure that reports comply with ITP and maintain all quality reports (IR, test reports, TTR, calibration reports of measuring instruments, etc.) in line with ITP.
  6. Document results from inspections.
  7. Maintain a functional status summary, including ITP approval, inspection, and shipping clearance.
  8. Maintain the QCP summary based on supplier responses and coordinate with the project team for updates.
  9. Collect and inform business and application owners of T-NPS on improvements and requirements.
  10. Maintain a comprehensive status summary including planning, response, comments, and trends for T-NPS.

Your background

  1. A bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in tendering processes, project management, and on-site quality control, particularly in EPC / LSTK / HVDC projects.
  3. Proficiency in ISO 9001 standards & Power BI is an advantage.
  4. Proficiency in inspection procedures and coordination of electrical and mechanical equipment, with the ability to interpret SLD, BOM/BOQ.
  5. Understanding of Salesforce and handling customer feedback.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Power BI.
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially under pressure.
  8. Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
