Senior Quality Assurance Specialist - 00128266

Location: Riyadh

  1. The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for conducting project and function activities as directed by the line manager.
  2. Provide support to quality policies and processes, including application and evaluation of quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction, and meet internal and regulatory quality requirements.
  3. Serve as an interface with internal and external customers on Quality Assurance matters, demonstrating effective communication skills and confidence in dealing with these parties.
  4. Represent the Quality Department as a project Quality Assurance Specialist, ensuring contractual quality conditions and company requirements, including Lifecycle Management (LCM), are met. Undertake product or process certification activities as necessary.
  5. Develop and prepare Quality Plans aligned with LCM requirements.
  6. Assess business areas for compliance with quality standards, perform audits, prepare reports, and follow-up on corrective actions within agreed timelines.
  7. Perform 'Guide' duties for 3rd Party assessors and address assessor queries as they arise.
  8. Must have a background in Quality and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality/Assurance environment.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  10. Knowledge and experience of Quality Management Systems.
  11. Strong understanding of assurance, governance, and compliance activities and processes.
  12. Proactive in planning, organizing, and implementing tasks to ensure quality standards are met.
