Could you be the full-time onsite Senior Project Procurement Manager in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.
You'll ensure that procurement contributes effectively to the success of project and sub-system objectives while aligning with platform procurement goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Sub-System Management, and Platform Procurement), ensure alignment with procurement strategies, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring alignment of procurement strategies with project requirements.
  • Managing supplier relationships to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Driving cost optimization initiatives while maintaining compliance with procurement policies.
  • Collaborating with Sub-System Managers to address specific procurement needs.
  • Supporting the Project Manager in achieving procurement-related project milestones.
  • Monitoring and mitigating procurement risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensuring adherence to Alstom’s ethical and sustainability standards in procurement activities.
  • Leading negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Providing accurate and timely reporting on procurement performance metrics.
  • Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.
