Job Description

Demonstrate a high level of skill in planning Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management projects using computer-based planning and scheduling techniques.

Serve as the focal point for recommending training and development requirements for subordinate planning personnel.

Demonstrate expertise in Primavera Project Planning software operation.

Implement modifications to provide a cost-effective planning service within assigned budget constraints.

Quality Assurance: Act as supervisor for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Business Unit (BU).

Proven ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and during meetings.

Apply Critical Path Method planning techniques to develop detailed engineering and installation project networks and schedules.

Apply Earned Value Management techniques to measure, status, and monitor performance.

Familiarity with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) approach to project management techniques.

Proven ability to negotiate, mediate, delegate, lead a team, or participate as a team member.

Safety Supervisor: Promote personal safety and safe working practices for the BU, ensuring comprehension and adherence to OH&S procedures.

Comprehend and apply HSE procedures to ensure the safety of self and others in the workplace.

Understand and implement procedures forming the Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant subject.
• Experience in computer-based project management planning, especially utilizing Primavera P3/P6 or equivalent.
• Project/Schedule setup in P6 or Cloud-based platforms.
• Experience managing large global projects with multiple interfaces and stakeholders.
