As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of complex water-related construction works on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.""

Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day management of water-related infrastructure construction activities on-site.
- Act as the client's main point of contact for all project-related matters, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary construction management teams, including engineers, inspectors, planners, and HSE personnel.
- Monitor project progress and performance against schedule, quality, and cost targets.
- Ensure contractor compliance with design, specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage risk, resolve issues, and lead project meetings with stakeholders and contractors.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights to support project decision-making.
- Uphold WSP's standards of health, safety, and environmental performance throughout all phases of the construction project.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 20+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on water infrastructure projects (e.g., water transmission, distribution, reservoirs, pumping stations, or wastewater systems).
- Proven experience working on major infrastructure projects in the Middle East (KSA experience highly preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and interface effectively with clients and contractors.
- Familiarity with international construction standards and project controls practices.
- PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
