This role will be responsible for leading civil engineering projects in Saudi Arabia to ensure their successful completion. Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and execute all assigned engineering projects
• Develop project objectives, budgets, schedules and ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans
• Ensure that the project complies with relevant regulations and standards
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Actively support business development opportunities through engagement with existing and potential clients, exploring new markets, and expansion of services
• Mentor and coach junior project management staff to develop their skills and build their career paths
  
  

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in managing civil engineering projects
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and report development tools
• Ability to prepare cost estimates, and budgets
• Experience in managing project risks and developing contingency plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in working with government and private clients on major infrastructure projects
